Job Type: Full-time

Job Description: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Dentist, working 40 hours per week. Responsibilities:

Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients, including regular cleanings, restorative needs, root canals, and surgical extractions: Utilize your expertise to evaluate patients' dental health, identify issues, and perform necessary procedures to address their oral health needs.
Educate patients on maintaining proper oral health: Offer guidance and advice to patients on effective oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices to ensure long-term dental health.
Communicate with dental staff regarding patient treatment plans: Collaborate with a team of dental professionals, including hygienists and assistants, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Prescribe medications as necessary: Provide prescriptions for antibiotics, pain relievers, and other medications as needed to support patients' recovery and overall oral health.
Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations using electronic health records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and facilitating continuity of care.
Oversee the work of professional, technical, and administrative staff: Supervise and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and ensuring that all staff members adhere to best practices and clinic protocols.

Qualifications:

Current licensure in Ohio
Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed dentist in practice is preferred, however individuals will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
Exceptional dental, communication/public speaking, computer and customer service skills.
