Position: Part-Time Data Analyst
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, epidemiology, public health, or related field required along with two (2) years of related experience including; data analysis, data management & manipulation, query writing (i.e., SQL or techniques), report writing, and database design. Master’s degree in public health, health care administration, public administration or related field preferred; bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes data from various sources to support project planning/priority setting. Identifies populations in need of health outcome improvement;
- Assists in design, implementation and monitoring of program and project evaluation plans. Analyzes primary data for purposes of program evaluation and reporting;
- Monitors and supports data collection, management, and reporting. Assists in design, implementation and maintenance of standard internal and external dashboards.
- Responds for queries and data analysis requests by internal and external stakeholders. Generates reports of findings for internal and external partners.
- Assists with development of survey instruments and assessments for primary data collection, as needed.
- Coordinates and implements effective processes to maintain public health accreditation, including completion of required reports; documents and reports compliance with accreditation standards; coordinates and prepares an annual accreditation report.
