The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and advising clients on urban and regional planning issues to support countywide planning efforts. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in planning or a related field. Master’s degree in City or Regional Planning is preferred. • 1 to 3 years city or regional planning experience preferred. • Effective communication skills, including public speaking, researching and writing. • Ability to organize and work independently and in groups. • Knowledge of land-use, zoning, and subdivision review. • Experience in grant writing and administration, and general governmental policies, procedures, and operations.
