Oversees and coordinates all residential, commercial and industrial development activities within the Township which facilitates tax base growth and provides new job opportunities. Ideal candidate possesses experience with Community Improvement Corporations, alternative financing options, grant procurement, knowledge of Township government functions and procedures and effective interpersonal skills. Requires minimum of two years of college studies in engineering, surveying, public administration or business administration with a Bachelor’s Degree in a closely related field and a minimum of two years related work experience.
