An urban renewal project 10 years in the planning has finally broken ground in Sunset Ranch, near Marana and Tucson, according to AZSA member Herb Havins. The store will have all the amenities today's consumer is looking for: climate controlled interior units, standard drive-up units with exterior access, HD security cameras, individual unit door alarms, proximity access readers, free truck for customer move ins, and more. 

Green features of this low-profile, low carbon-footprint store include the use of solar panels, LED lighting, rainwater harvesting, and native landscaping, just to name a few. 

With its motto, "We Make Storage Easy," Silverbell Self Storage garnered the commendation of the Tucson Metro Chamber of Commerce, whose proclamation "carries with it 100 years of good fortune."
