His expertise spans construction supply retail, manufacturing, general contracting, and notably, as a specialty subcontractor with extensive knowledge of the self-storage industry.
Lee also dedicates his time as a board member of the Arizona Self Storage Association. Alongside other members, he addresses the needs of local self-storage community owners and operators by lobbying with local government on industry-related bills and organizing annual conferences and networking events.
With a career encompassing numerous roles in estimating, project management, and business development, Lee has demonstrated a consistent pattern of growth and success in every company he has served.
Born in Denver, Colorado, Lee has been an Arizona resident for over 30 years. He, along with his wife relish raising their two daughters in North Peoria. His leisure activities include family camping trips, supporting his daughters' sports events, and engaging in basketball, golf, and fishing.
A cause dear to Lee is the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Following his mother's passing from AML in 2017, Lee and his family annually contribute to raising funds for blood-cancer research, honoring her memory.
