James is Director of Program Sales at MiniCo Insurance Agency.  As Director of Program Sales, James serves as the primary point of contact for agents seeking information about MiniCo’s 20 insurance programs. He brings his over 20 years of management experience in business development, sales, and marketing to his role as well as eight years of experience managing MiniCo’s Fine Art and Collectibles and Self-Storage Tenant Insurance programs. He currently  manages his family’s self-storage portfolio alongside his wife, Amy, and has been in commercial real estate sales & leasing and self-storage property management since 2007. He previously worked for storEDGE in both web development and facility management software sales and in publishing advertising sales with the Mini-Storage Messenger.
