There are 15 different award categories, all judged by top leaders in real estate, home building, architecture and development. The 2016 BIA Parade of Homes opens Labor Day Weekend on Saturday, Sept. 3 and continues through Sunday, Sept. 18 at Verona in Powell. The largest Parade of Homes since 2005, this year's event features 16 stunning luxury homes crafted by the region's premier builders ranging in price from $799,000 to $1.3 million; each packed with great inspiration and room after room of the very latest ideas in home decor, amenities and trends.
Parade hours are Monday-Saturday: noon-8 p.m. and Sunday: noon-6 p.m. Tickets are $15 at the door and advance discount tickets are available online for $13. Children 12 and under are free and parking is $5 per car. The Parade is sponsored by AEP Ohio, America’s Floor Source, Columbia Gas of Ohio, EverDry Waterproofing, First Federal Lending and Royal Building Products.
