Happy August! We are excited to announce that 36 Business Partners and a representative from CAI National's Office are ready to welcome you to the Annual Trade Fair on August 23rd. Our Trade Fair is set up in a 'speed dating' format where pairs of Volunteer Leaders and Community Association Managers circulate around the ballroom for a short visit with each of our Business Partners. You'll have time for a quick introduction and opportunity to gather materials about the Business Partner's business.
We are challening all attendees to bring donations for the Mid-Ohio Foodbank so we can exceed last year's food donations totaling over 700 pounds! Volunteeer Leaders and Community Association Managers will receive a raffle ticket for each item donated increasing the odds that you will receive one (or MORE) of the items donated by our Business Partners!

Volunteer Leaders ... after you register for the Trade Fair, mark Saturday, October 12 on your calendar. This is when our annual Board Leadership Workshop will take place. You'll meet with leaders and specialists in managing your community and community documents. Details will be posted soon.
Community Association Managers ... after you register for the Trade Fair, mark Friday, September 20 on your calender. Our annual Managers Appreciation Event will take you on a day-long journey to the Wilds! Registration will open soon.
Non-Exhibiting Business Partners ... you are invited to the Trade Fair, too! Please join us for breakfast, lunch, and/or happy hour on August 23rd! This event celebrates our Chapter and provides a wonderful venue to meet and network. And your participation can help us beat the challenge for the Mid-Ohio Foodbank!
Everyone ... our September 26 Luncheon. The theme, presented by Michelle Hoffman of Thompson Building Associates, along with Thomas Bensen of Bensen Fire and Safety, highlights National Fire Prevention Month with the session “Not Every Hero Wears a Cape.” Registration opens soon!
