The ADMINISTRATOR is accountable and responsible for the planning, organization, direction and coordination of the operational and financial management of the Surgical Center working with the Medical Director and Clinical Supervisor to manage the facility and reporting directly to the Governing Body.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Self-motivated, high performing individual with a collaborative style, attention to detail and absolute and unquestioned integrity
Ability to organize and prioritize work, apply common sense understanding and deal with problems in any situation
Personnel management with a team orientation
Expertise in all facets of accounting, including maintenance of bank accounts, cash flow, A/P, A/R, budgets and preparation of financial statements/reports
Excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to articulate ideas, thoughts and concerns with clarity/appropriateness in one-to-one and small-group situations
Knowledge of healthcare issues & medical standards with an understanding of relevant state & federal regulatory statutes
Competence in quality assurance and risk management
Working knowledge of medical record systems, RCM functions and excel spreadsheets
Capable and professional in interactions with peers, subordinates, physicians & their staffs.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

College Degree required; advanced degree and previous directorship position preferred.

Will consider other candidates with minimum of five (5) years business experience in a medical facility setting and two (2) years of supervisory experience. Must have financial analysis and reporting experience.
