Expert speakers will discuss commercial real estate redevelopment in the Scioto Peninsula and East Franklinton. Topics will include previous barriers to development and current factors that are making redevelopment possible. Speakers will discuss various projects in the area that their teams are working on with market information and projections for each. Participants will be able to use this information to help consumers make well-informed decisions on commercial real estate transactions in this and surrounding areas.
