Are you passionate about geospatial technology, mapping, or data-driven decision-making? The Ohio GIS Conference is returning to Columbus, Ohio, on September 14–16, 2025, and we’re seeking dynamic speakers to lead the conversation.
Whether you're a seasoned GIS professional, a tech innovator, or a first-time presenter with a fresh perspective, we invite you to submit your presentation ideas!

Our Selection Committee will meet in late June to choose speakers and develop the Program Agenda. This is an in-person only event; if your presentation is selected, you will be asked to register as a speaker to attend.

Help Set Up the Conference! Join us from 5:30pm-7:00pm in the Polaris Foyer at Hilton.
Join our early-arriving attendees and exhibitors as we begin setting up the Conference Trade Show and Map Gallery. We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to lend a hand during setup—enjoy a little networking while you're at it! It’s a great way to meet fellow volunteers, connect with exhibitors, and get a sneak peek at the conference before it officially begins.
5:30pm - 7:00pm: Exhibitor Check-in/Trade Show Booth Set Up & Map Gallery Set Up
Stick around for a casual social gathering with light refreshments.
