Q: Is there vendor registration, and if yes, how much is it?
Vendor registration for the full conference is $350 per person, which includes all sessions, meals and off-site events.
Q: Can we exhibit, and how much are the fees?
There are a limited number of exhibit tables, which varies depending on the conference location and venue capacity. Tables are 6-foot, skirted tables. No large exhibit pieces are allowed. The exhibit fee has historically been $1250.00 per table, which includes registration for one attendee to all sessions, meals and off-site events. Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q: Is electricity/internet included with the vendor tables?
Typically there is no additional charge for electricity or internet, depending on the venue.
Q: Are there speaking opportunities?
Vendors will receive a request for session proposals in the summer months of 2023 for consideration by the Conference Planning Committee. Topic suggestions are included in the RFP, based on evaluation feedback from prior conferences. Additional topics are welcome. Sessions must be informational and educational in nature and not a sales pitch for the vendor company. Each session will be submitted to the Auditor or Treasurer of State for required continuing education credits.
