OSHA Electronic Reporting Rule Suspended
On Wednesday, May 17, OSHA indefinitely suspended the new electronic reporting rule that was to go into effect on July 1st. OSHA indicated that it wanted to further investigate employer concerns raised about the new rule. As of the day of its action, OSHA had not yet established a web address for employers to use when making these reports.
