MES Roundtable
The first section of the meeting will be an MES Roundtable for any of our signatory contractor representatives who are engaged in the service business. In this section, we will discuss the MES Apprenticeship and Upgrade Training Programs and emerging technologies and other service industry issues, as well as provide progress reports from the MES Oversight Committee.

MCAGD Membership Meeting
This meeting is open to all management representatives from all our signatory firms. These interactive meetings will feature updates from each of the association committees including the JATC Trustees, Pension Trustees, Health & Welfare Trustees, MCAO Government Affairs Committee, and the Labor Management Committee. Each will provide a brief overview of what their committee is working on and gather any feedback or questions you may have for their group. Occasionally we may also feature an outside speaker as topics of interest or concern are identified.

Please ensure that at least one (1) representative from your company is present to offer your feedback to association leadership. More than one representative per company is welcome, of course, and we encourage you to register anyone from your firm that would benefit from this opportunity. Feel free to include any management representatives from your company that you feel would benefit from this quarterly exchange of ideas and information.
In addition to industry updates, the MCAGD Board of Directors is offering an extra incentive to attend the quarterly membership meeting! Those who attend all four quarterly meetings will be entered to win an MCAA Convention Package – registration and lodging – for the 2026 MCAA Convention in Phoenix, Arizona.
