Foremen Complete National Training Program

 

 

On January 10th Enterprise Roofing & Sheet Metal Company and the Harold J. Becker Company joined with Roofers Local No. 75 to have their Foremen and Apprentices complete the two day Foremen Class provided by the Roofers International Training Institute.

The session was designed to allow participants to engage in active learning.  Lecture time was minimized and interaction activity was maximized.

The topics covered at the session included Communication Skills; Problem Solving; Math and Measurement; Safety Skills; Motivation and Reinforcement; Leadership Styles; and Documentation. 

Congratulations to these Foremen for their active participation in this learning opportunity!
