Tony Stephens, Apprenticeship Coordinator for The SMART Local No. 24/SMRCA Joint Apprenticeship Program received the Platinum Level designation from the Sheet Metal International Training Institute.
This Platinum Level award is seldom presented so the Dayton Area should be proud that Tony qualified to receive this award. This is especially significant since Tony has held this position for only three years.
The award noted outstanding administration of the training program in the areas of management of faculty and program equipment; outstanding recruitment and selection techniques; instructor development and support; and accuracy in the program’s record keeping and accounting.
Congratulations to Tony for his dedication to education and excellence in the Sheet Metal trade!
