Dear ECA Nonverbal Communication Interest Group Members,
My name is Jordan Atkinson and I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Communication Studies at West Virginia University. I will be the Chair and Program Planner for the Nonverbal Communication Interest Group at ECA 2017 in Boston. I just wanted to send an email to introduce myself and give you some information.
In the coming weeks, I will be sending out the minutes from the business meeting as well as the call for papers for ECA 2017. I would like to recognize the officers that were elected at the business meeting last week: Zach Carr (University of Buffalo) will serve as the Vice Chair, Andrew Nicholson (SUNY Oswego) will serve as the Secretary, and Mary Toale (SUNY Oswego) will represent the Nonverbal Communication Interest Group to the ECA Executive Council. We would also like to recognize Zachary W. Goldman (Illinois College) for serving as the Chair and Program Planner last year, as well as Zac D. Johnson (California State University, Fullerton) for serving as the Interest Group representative to the ECA Executive Council. Thank you for your service!
