“Resilience”- a persistent response to overcoming obstacles, thriving despite challenges, and adapting to an ever-changing global landscape.
As organizational communication scholars we explore and examine various aspects of communicating resilience within our hospitals, clinics, educational institutions, government agencies, and workplaces.
