Best Practices in Responding to Workplace Bullying Th 3/30 10:00-11:15
Bullying is a common and destructive pattern within many workplace contexts. This course will introduce participants to what constitutes bullying behavior, how bullying behavior is typically initiated in various workplace contexts, and how bullying targets and organizational representatives can respond to bullying situations using best communication practices that are ethical, just, peace oriented, and community building. Participants will have opportunities to consider personal experiences and situations and develop best practice responses.
