During our session, Thom will introduce attendees to the key factors that are needed to develop Production Planning for a Manufacturing or Assembly operation. Understanding the data required and resources needed to implement and maintain a production plan are critical to the long-term success of a solution.

Thom has over thirty years of hands-on experience working in supply chain operations in a variety of industries. This experience, in addition to his technical background, creates strategic and sustainable solutions for his clients.
Thom has delivered consulting services in the areas of Facilities Planning and Design, Productivity and Labor Planning, Inventory Analysis and Planning, and WMS Systems Development and Integration for several Manufacturing Companies. Thom also teaches Capacity Planning and Facility Design as well as Capstone at The Ohio State University.
Education: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio.
