FARGO, N.D. – An eastern North Dakota man was sentenced to more than 11 years in prison for his conspiratorial role in a string of violent robberies.
The case was investigated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Fargo (North Dakota) Police Department.
Jordan Daniel Kraft, 22, of Fargo, was sentenced before U.S. District Court Chief Judge Peter D. Welte to 134 months in federal prison for conspiracy to commit robbery and robbery. Under federal law the crimes fall within the Hobbs Act. Chief Judge Welte also sentenced Kraft to three years supervised release and a $100.00 Special Assessment.
