DES MOINES, Iowa — The Des Moines Police Department is investigating a reported bank robbery in downtown on Monday. 

According to police, officers responded to the 500 block of Walnut Street Monday afternoon, only to find that the suspect had fled on foot.

No weapons were displayed during the alleged robbery and no injuries were reported, according to authorities. No arrests have been made at this time.
