MACON, Ga. (WGXA) — Authorities in Macon are looking for a man who robbed a bank on Ingleside Avenue.
The Bibb County Sheriff's Office (BSO) said the robbery occurred at the Central Georgia Regional Credit Union at 2040 Ingleside Avenue, and a 911 call reported the incident just before 9 a.m. on Tuesday.
Deputies arriving at the bank spoke with witnesses who said a man entered the building and slid a note to the bank teller. BSO said the note indicated that the man demanded money from the bank.
