Col Cynthia Shen is an Assistant Professor at Uniformed Services University, Bethesda, MD. She is a Board Certified Emergency and Critical Medicne Physician. She teaches in the Department of Military and Emergency Meeicine and is the Course Director for the field exercise Operation Gunpowder. She is the Principal Investigator for Train the Trainer for Ukrainian Battlefield Casualties project.
