Wayne Schumaker has been passionate about food his entire life, starting with his childhood where he grew up on a fruit farm in Northern Ohio. Wayne has more than two decades of professional culinary experience and has been with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) for over 15 years serving in many positions and concepts. Wayne is currently the Executive Chef at The Barn at Rocky Fork Creek. Wayne attended culinary school in Portland, Oregon and has worked in Chicago and Las Vegas before returning to his home state of Ohio.
