ORA Sharables Stage: ORA Partner Introduction: Servsafe
As the Sales Manager for Regional Accounts in the Northeast, Renee’ manages a book of business consisting of State Restaurant Associations (SRA), Restaurant Chains 125 units or less, State/Local Health Departments, Instructor/Proctors, Food Distributors, Regional Hotels and Non-profits. In this role, she strives to achieve and sustain ServSafe sales, gross profit levels, brand mix goals and profitability targets while driving all possible avenues of business and revenue growth in the 14 state Northeast Region spanning from Illinois to Maine. Prior to joining the Association, Renee’ had 15 years of foodservice sales experience having previously worked for Advantage Waypoint and Infusion Sales Group (National Food Brokers) and Alliant/U.S Foods (Distributors). Renee’ is originally from the Chicagoland area and a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She’s also passionate about God, family, her pups and helping others.
