Call for Volunteers - 2027 Spring Meeting
We’re currently accepting volunteers to help plan the 2027 ICHP Spring Meeting, which will be a joint meeting with MSHP!

Please fill out the form linked below if you are interested in being involved in the planning, which will begin soon. We need pharmacists, technicians, and students on the committee.
Volunteer to help plan the 2027 Spring Meeting!
Here is what we ask of you:
- Actively participate in at least 60% of the scheduled weekly or biweekly conference calls (estimated 10 calls)
- Actively contribute to the planning of the meeting, including evaluation and selection of presentation proposals, speaker outreach and handoff to ICHP staff, and coordination of assigned session tracks during the planning process.
- Have experience with educational programs, i.e. attended at least one of the ICHP Spring or Annual meetings to have an understanding of the educational format. (If you have not been to one of our state-wide meetings yet, then take advantage of attending our next Annual or Spring Meeting and then you can join our planning committee for our next educational program)
- Attend the Spring Meeting if schedule permits
Note: Committee members generally do not serve as speakers for the meeting as it can be perceived as a conflict of interest/bias.
Please complete the form by NOON on Friday, September 25, 2026. Please note that your CV is required.
Since this is a joint ICHP-MSHP meeting, we have limited slots available for ICHP volunteers, so we will let you know if you are selected. Planning will begin in early October.
