IHCNO member Char Baumgardner MSN RN has a request for information from our newsletter readers. Char is a nurse educator at a home health agency in the United States and is establishing a home health aide training program. She is looking for examples of curriculum, teaching aides, and learning activities for the program. The desired skill level of the aide completing the program would be equivalent to those of a Certified Nurse Assistant. Please share educational materials and ideas with Char at charzrevolution@aol.
