IREM presents River & Rich Tour and Land Grant “Brewery Curling” Happy Hour

Join us March 10 at 2:30PM for a tour of River & Rich, followed by Happy Hour and “Brewery Curling” at Land Grant Brewing.
Located in Franklinton, River & Rich comprises more than 24,000 square feet of retail space, 233 residential apartment units and a 300-space parking garage. Retail tenants include Yellow Brick Pizza, One Line Coffee, Studio Torch, Jewelweed Flower & Plant Shop, Makers Social, ROY G BIV Gallery, Citrine Hair and Skin, and Caught My Eye Photography. Apartments boast a host of on-site amenities in the artistic, walkable, Franklinton neighborhood.
After our tour, we will head to Land Grant Brewing, which is walkable from River & Rich. We have reserved several time slots for “Brewery Curling”, where teams can slide mini-kegs down a sheet of ice. It may not be quite like the Olympic sport, but it should be a fun time! Heated igloos will also be provided, so we will be prepared for all types of weather. Land Grant beverages and Ray Ray's Hog Pit will be available.
Paid parking is available in the River & Rich garage, and there is also city metered parking around the property. Land Grant Brewing is a block from River & Rich, so it will be walkable after we complete our tour.
