Speakers include Bethany Fuller and Sherry Kolb RN from Qualivis.



Bethany Fuller HeadshotBethany Fuller is Vice President of Locum Workforce Solutions for Qualivis, a KHA Solutions Group partner. In her role, she assists hospitals and health systems design and implement contingent workforce solutions for advance practitioners and physicians. For the past 15 years, she’s focused on improving the locum tenens experience for all involved parties, including hospitals, providers, staffing agencies and patients. Ms. Fuller holds a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Strayer University and resides with her family in Atlanta, GA.

Sherry Kolb Headshot 02A registered nurse in South Carolina for more than 35 years, Sherry spent 20 years working in South Carolina hospitals in many roles — nurse technician, staff nurse, nursing director and healthcare recruiter. Sherry was recruited in 2002 by the S.C. Hospital Association (SCHA) to help build a healthcare staffing program from the ground up. That effort is now Qualivis, a national healthcare staffing provider and wholly-owned subsidiary of Aya Healthcare. In addition to her role as President of Qualivis, Sherry is a frequent speaker on workforce strategies and shortages, is certified in Dale Carnegie Public Speaking and has been trained in Just Culture as well as Deming’s Total Quality Management program.
