Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will play a crucial role in providing leadership, direction, and coordination of all operational aspects, including nursing and resident services. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Administrator will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations while upholding the mission and vision of Healthwin.
Responsibilities:
· Implement and oversee Facility Quality Improvement Program
· Provide day-to-day leadership in facility operations
· Develop, interpret, and implement policies in collaboration with the Governing Board
· Assist the CFO in preparing the annual budget for submission to the Governing Board
· Prepare monthly reports for the Governing Board on facility performance
· Oversee the admission process and ensure smooth transitions for residents
· Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
· Foster the development of a strong leadership team and positive employee environment
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or related field required
· Indiana Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
· Three to five years of long-term care leadership experience preferred
