Course Overview:
Lacy Beyl & Company, Inc. presents a one-day, Indiana Department of Health–approved QIDP course designed for professionals working in long-term care facilities with specialized populations. This course covers key areas such as:

• Federal and state regulations

• MDS, RAI, and care planning

• Level I & II assessments

• QIDP progress notes and documentation

• Individual habilitation plans

• DSM-V definitions and behavioral considerations

• Indiana Rule 7, F825/F826, and more

Certification:
This course meets the regulatory requirements for a state-approved QIDP-D program. Full-day attendance and completion of quizzes are required.
