Greencroft Goshen is Indiana's largest continuing care retirement community, home to over 1,200 residents who receive comprehensive care across a vibrant, faith-based campus. A SUBSTANTIVE LEADERSHIP ROLE

The Community Vice President serves as the senior executive for campus operations, reporting directly to the President/CEO of Greencroft Communities. This position offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents while working alongside a dedicated, professional team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Leading daily operations for the 1,200+ resident community across the full continuum of care

• Providing strategic input during the ongoing master planning process for campus repositioning and development

• Supporting successful technology implementation, including optimizing the new EHR system for better resident care

• Building strong team collaboration and fostering the "One Team, One Mission" culture throughout all departments

• Advancing clinical quality and working toward improved CMS ratings and resident outcomes

• Developing the leadership team through mentoring, professional development, and succession planning

• Representing Greencroft as a respected leader in the local community and professional networks
