Human Resource Director
St. Francis Senior Ministries, a non-profit Life Plan Community specializing in independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing is seeking a Human Resource Director with strong retention and work force development/management skills.
Responsibilities include: coordinating the recruitment/retention process to ensure we are hiring the best possible team-oriented people, working collaboratively to assess/provide workforce development skills, and taking a lead role in maintaining a supportive and respectful work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. A combination of education and experience may be acceptable, 3-5 years human resources experience in a like setting, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws, and essential computer skills. PHR certification preferred but not required.
