CORPORATE EXECUTIVE OF COMPLIANCE & HIPAA PRIVACY

The Corporate Executive of Compliance and HIPAA Privacy is responsible for setting the standard for compliance, including the design and development of an audit and monitoring methodology with central reporting for system-wide program compliance in accordance with company standards and federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer but also works at the direction of the Finance, Audit, Ethics and Compliance Committee as well as the Quality Improvement Committee. This role directs the business of the corporate Ethics and Compliance Committee and works collaboratively with the Chief Human Resources and Ethics Officer, Chief Information and HIPAA Security Officer, and Chief Nursing Officer.

This position doesn't necessarily need to reside at the corporate office, but the person will need to be able to travel to Columbus weekly.
