ODA launches State Plan on Aging survey

The Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) is conducting a survey to better understand what matters most to older Ohioans, adults with disabilities, and their families and caregivers. The feedback and opinions gathered with this survey will be used to inform the creation of Ohio’s 2023-2026 State Plan on Aging. This four-year State Plan will guide programs and services across the state.

This survey allows you to answer anonymously and consists of easy-to-answer, multiple-choice questions. It should take only 10-15 minutes to complete.
