Brief Member Survey: Open Positions in Q1, 2022

The results of the pulse survey on open positions distributed late last year showcased a stark workforce need within our membership, with over 30% of budgeted positions going unfilled. LeadingAge Ohio is now requesting open position data from Q1 2022 so LAO’s advocacy and communications work is informed by the latest data and can identify the trends and impacts of the workforce shortage over time. 

The survey for Q1 2022 is now open. LeadingAge Ohio is asking that all organizations who participated in the first open positions pulse survey complete the Q1 2022 survey. If your organization did not participate in the first open positions pulse survey, please consider participating in this one. 

This survey will close on Friday, May 27, 2022.

Responses are confidential and will be reported in the aggregate only, so will not be identifiable to individual providers.
