Ohio Eastern Star Home has announced the retirement of CEO Michele Engelbach, effective July 3, after 14 years of leadership. During her tenure, the organization expanded long-term care and independent living offerings, including the Esther Buchwald Neighborhoods and Pine Hill Independent Senior Living, and navigated the COVID-19 pandemic with steady leadership.
Engelbach has also been a valued volunteer with LeadingAge Ohio, including serving as chair of the awards committee and championing health care leaders through her work with the association.
