LeadingAge Ohio member McGregor has broken ground on McGregor Landing, a $35 million development that will bring affordable housing and coordinated health care services to older adults in Lorain County. Developed with CHN Housing Partners, the four-story building will include 115 apartments for adults age 55 and older who earn 60% or less of the area median income.
McGregor Landing will be located next to McGregor PACE, placing housing and comprehensive health services on one campus. The project is expected to be completed in 2027. Watch the original 19 News report.
