The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) announced that the Next Generation MyCare program is now available in all 88 Ohio counties. The program serves Ohioans eligible for both Medicaid and Medicare, integrating the two programs under a single health plan.
The statewide rollout follows a phased implementation that began in the original MyCare Ohio counties and expanded to additional regions throughout 2026. The program provides coordinated care and services for older adults and individuals with complex care needs, including enhanced behavioral health services, transportation and mobility supports, and long-term care and community-based services.
ODM has published resources for members and providers covering eligibility, benefits, enrollment and frequently asked questions.
