Facilities are encouraged to become familiar with these resources before implementation of the Risk-Based Survey process. In particular, reviewing the Entrance Conference Form, Screening Job Aid, Facility Tasks Job Aid, and applicable survey pathways can help facility teams understand the information surveyors will request and the processes they will use during the survey.
