LeadingAge Ohio member United Church Homes has been certified as a Great Place to Work by Great Place to Work Institute and Activated Insights. The recognition is based on a survey of employees across United Church Homes’ locations in 15 states, examining more than 60 aspects of the employee experience, including pride in the organization’s community impact, the meaning employees find in their work and their confidence that their work makes a difference.
United Church Homes President and CEO Kenneth Young said the recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects employees’ own experiences. For more than 110 years, the nonprofit, faith-inspired organization has served older adults through housing and services rooted in its mission and values.
