LeadingAge Ohio congratulates member Springfield Masonic Community and The Ohio Masonic Communities on the start of a $64 million expansion that will add a new assisted living neighborhood, health care center and memory support neighborhood. The project includes 104 assisted living apartments, 24 of them dedicated to Pathways Memory Support, along with 72 private health care suites for long-term care and short-term rehabilitation.
Construction follows earlier campus improvements, including a new parking garage, Community Center updates and an additional elevator in the Scottish Rite independent living apartments. The expansion is the largest repositioning project in The Ohio Masonic Communities’ history and is expected to be completed in fall 2027.
