Need education hours but can’t make a live webinar? The LeadingAge Ohio Learning Center gives members options to earn credit on their own schedule. On-demand 2026 STAT: Survey Tips and Tactics programs offering education hours include Care Planning Compliance, Infection Control Surveillance, Medication Storage, Labeling, and Controlled Substance Oversight, Medical Record Compliance, Injury of Unknown Origin and Abuse Investigation Requirements, Hospice Services in the Nursing Home, Preparing for CMS Risk-Based Surveys and Unnecessary Medications. Each 60-minute STAT course offers 1.0 Board of Executives of Long-Term Services and Supports (BELTSS) clock hour upon successful completion. Nurses may also use BELTSS-approved courses for nursing continuing education under Ohio requirements.
The Learning Center also includes the 2026 Reimbursement Collaborative: Maximizing Opportunity in a Changing Environment, with eligible sessions offering 1.0 BELTSS clock hour and 1.2 accountancy CPE hours. Members can visit the On-Demand Webinars catalog, look for the Education Hours icon and complete the required recording and course components to receive credit. Several 2026 programs expire Dec. 31, making this a good time to complete needed hours when it works for your schedule.
