Are you a seasoned and passionate Executive Director  looking for a new growth opportunity with an innovative organization that operates with integrity?    If so, EHM Senior Solutions is seeking a strong operations leader to manage their flagship campus in Saline, Michigan, a state-of-the-art and newly renovated former hospital that offers a unique vision redefining long-term care. In addition to oversight of the skilled nursing facility, there will be additional corporate level responsibilities and/or other EHM Senior Solutions business divisions reporting to this role. We are seeking an Executive Director with a NHA who will be inspired to lead the planning, development and direction of the overall operation which has a positive influence on the lives of their clients and team members.

Located just outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Evangelical Home provides compassionate care to those facing a wide variety of concerns across the continuum including long-term care, memory support, post-acute and rehabilitation services, outpatient care, and home care.  These pathways provide unique clinical services career opportunities in the areas of leadership, clinical specialties, and direct care. Position Summary:

Qualification Summary:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration or related field required.
  2. A current or willingness to obtain a Michigan Nursing Home Administrator’s license
  3. Experience in leadership and financial management in a hospital, rehabilitation and/or long-term care facility leading multiple discipline and departments.
  4. Education and professional experience in home healthcare, private duty, home and community-based services  and/or an outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
