Are you a seasoned and passionate Executive Director  looking for a new growth opportunity with an innovative organization that operates with integrity?    If so, EHM Senior Solutions is seeking a strong operations leader to manage their flagship campus in Saline, Michigan, a state-of-the-art and newly renovated former hospital that offers a unique vision redefining long-term care. In addition to oversight of the skilled nursing facility, there will be additional corporate level responsibilities and/or other EHM Senior Solutions business divisions reporting to this role. We are seeking an Executive Director with a NHA who will be inspired to lead the planning, development and direction of the overall operation which has a positive influence on the lives of their clients and team members.

Position Summary:

• Provide dynamic leadership through strategic planning and day to day operations, programs, and activities in accordance with federal, state and EHM standards and regulations.
• Continuously bring innovative ideas in the delivery of care by maintaining systems and processes that monitor service delivery to our clients to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure the availability of accurate forecasts, budgets, and quality of care information to the COO and CFO and effectively utilize the information as needed.
• Lead a dynamic and high functioning leadership team including, but not limited to clinical services, therapy, admissions, health information, talent, staff development, and maintenance.
• Ensure the talent acquisition processes in the community are based on best practices and the EHM brand and aligned with EHM’s mission and values.
• Lead a highly engaged workforce and with a high level of retention above industry standards. Ability to build a productive team and ensure a vibrant and thriving workplace.
• Maintain a collaborative working relationship with the CEO, COO and CFO to prepare annual operating budgets for approval and the resources to carry out programs and activities.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients and family members and ensure that complaints are treated as learning opportunities for the team and are handled thoroughly.
• Ensure preparedness and successfully lead all facility surveys, and ensure Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement in developing and implementing appropriate plans of action.

Qualification Summary:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration or related field required.
2. A current or willingness to obtain a Michigan Nursing Home Administrator’s license
3. Experience in leadership and financial management in a hospital, rehabilitation and/or long-term care facility leading multiple discipline and departments.
4. Education and professional experience in home healthcare, private duty, home and community-based services  and/or an outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
