You Asked: Where can we find the CMS quality in focus training? 

We Answered: The quality in focus training can be found on the Quality Safety Education Portal (QSEP). The QSEP provides training and guidance on health care facility regulations. It is an online platform that empowers learners to lead and manage their own learning.  

CMS recently added four new QIF videos to address commonly cited deficiencies in Long-term Care, Critical Access Hospitals, and Laboratories. Select the Public Access tab in the top menu, then choose "Quality in Focus" to view the newest videos and others in the series. CMS also added Quality in Focus Resources for Addressing LTC Medication Error Citations on July 2, 2025.
