Maximize Your Membership: Access the Latest Nursing Home Data via the LeadingAge Report Portal

The newest skilled nursing facility (SNF) data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), released on June 26, is now available to members through the LeadingAge Report Portal.

This update includes the most recent Five Star Reports and SNF Trend Reports, providing valuable insights to support your organization’s quality improvement and benchmarking efforts. Members can log in using their LeadingAge credentials to view and download reports.

The next update, expected in August, will include a new quarter of staffing and quality measure data. Be sure to check back regularly to stay current.
