Vista Grande Villa Plans Affiliation with Otterbein SeniorLife

Otterbein SeniorLife, a LeadingAge Ohio member, has announced a planned affiliation with Vista Grande Villa, a nonprofit senior living community. Under the proposed agreement, Vista Grande Villa would become a wholly owned subsidiary of Otterbein following regulatory and procedural review.

LeadingAge Ohio congratulates Otterbein SeniorLife on the planned affiliation. Leaders from both organizations said the partnership reflects a shared nonprofit mission and commitment to high-quality care while positioning the community for long-term stability. After the review process is complete, the community will be renamed Otterbein Jackson SeniorLife Community and will continue with its current staff and leadership.
