May Is Older Americans Month: Join LeadingAge in “Champion Your Health” Observance

This year’s Older Americans Month (OAM) theme, Champion Your Health, celebrates wellness and personal responsibility as cornerstones of healthy aging. Throughout May, join LeadingAge in OAM observance by tapping a host of communications resources, including story and event ideas, as well as social media materials, developed by the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Administration for Community Living (ACL), to elevate examples of older adults actively managing their health, advocating for and accessing preventative care, and making informed decisions that support independence.
